Having the freedom to travel, live and work from anywhere in the world is an incredible lifestyle that I only dreamed of earlier in my life.
But it wasn’t always this way. For years I found myself blindly following the typical career path: go to school, get a job, retire when you’re 65. Until one day I realized I was creating a life I didn’t actually want to live…
I was about half through my college career when I finally woke up. It had become clear that I was headed for a boring office job, 2-3 weeks of vacation per year, and hardly any freedom. This was not the life I dreamed of.
Deep down, I knew there was a better life for me, and I needed to make a change. But what?
I decided I was going to figure out how people were “making money online”. So I dropped out of college and began trying every online job and business model I could find. I tried everything from filling out surveys to blogging to affiliate marketing.
I’m not going to lie, it was rough. I failed over and over again. I was either barely scraping by or losing money every month. I worked side jobs as a bartender, in call centers, and as a realtor to pay rent.
It took me more than 3 years before I earned any significant money online. But those years taught me something more valuable than money: I learned the rules of the game and I had developed the skills to play it.
Before long, I was making 5 to 6 figures a month in a virtual real estate business I had built. So, I began traveling.
I came to one major realization through this whole process: The key to making money online was never about landing the “right” remote job, or starting the “right” business model. Anyone can make money online if they simply become aware of their resources, develop the right skills, and learn how to serve the marketplace.
After years of traveling the world and running my real estate business online, people began reaching out to ask me how they could achieve a lifestyle like mine.
This sparked a genuine passion for teaching others that I never knew I had. I love helping other people live the location-free dream.
